Seattle’s Progressive, liberal talk station switched to sports and so the greater Puget Sound area is in the need for a talk station that reflects the values of the Northwest. Liberal talkers such as Stephanie Miller, Thom Hartmann, Ed Schultz, Mike Malloy and Rachel Maddow are too valuable to loose. I am seeking other progressive, liberal people that want to be part of a grass root movement to bring back progressive talk radio to the Northwest. Become part of the movement and join up with a gro …

Our political system is broken. Polls from earlier this year showed Congress with a historically low 10% (8% among Independents) approval rating. Meanwhile, there is a growing unease in our Nation. An undercurrent of fear that something has gone, Is going, terribly wrong. This fear is well founded and the breakdown in our political system is only the latest symptom. At this point Voting for either a Democrat or a Republican is not going to Fix the breakdown in Washington. Ask yourself, has it pr …

The purpose of our group is very simple: we discuss and analyze ideas. Its a place for thinkers to connect with other thinkers! The format is also very simple: there is a brief 15 to 30 minute lecture (the shorter the better) followed by a civil conversation. We believe in organic group mingling. Not all thinkers are compatible, as thinkers …
